Print margin

Margin 0 can be entered if you don't mind missing parts of the image near the edges of the sheets. This will facilitate assembly, as entire sheets can be juxtaposed.

In your printing software, select the US letter paper format, the "automatic" orientation and the "actual size" dimension.

Cutting

To cut out the photo, use a cutter, a cutting board and a ruler. To juxtapose two photos, cut on the 1/125 inch white line between the partial photo and the black frame.

Adjustment

Processing passes through various systems, including printing software, each with its own specificities. This is why there may be a slight discrepancy between the given dimension (noted c₁) and the quantity actually measured (noted m). To obtain the desired result, replace the given dimension by the corrected value c₂ calculated as follows:

c₂ = (c₁)² / m
